LOST/STOLEN CLAIMS: Packages are only insured for $100 or less. Please purchase the insurance option at checkout if you would like to insure for a higher amount. You MUST contact glitTirz via email or TG if your package is lost or stolen within 3 days of delivery date. Lost/Stolen packages over $100 require a police report to file the claim. Communication is key and time is of the essence.
